Qualifications for senior staff
HITO offers the Qualification by Experience programme, which helps staff convert their years of industry experience into an NZQA-accredited and internationally recognised qualification.
Being qualified allows your staff to train apprentices, reassure clients they’re in safe hands and be open to job opportunities worldwide.
